The Brushgrove Hotel was built in 1868 and it’s old time charm is definitely still noticeable today.
Lovingly called “The Brushy” by the locals, it’s location next to the Clarence River, and the veranda setting, is something that you have to see for yourself.
The sunsets over the river are stunning and the kids can entertain themselves on the outdoor kids playground.
The bar man or woman will tell you a story or two from days long gone and you feel like stepping back in time. A pool table is placed in the bar area and many laughs have been shared around that table.
The food is excellent and there is a terrific wine selection plus rotating daily specials written on a big black specials board.
Accommodation is available, so come and visit and enjoy the friendly atmosphere, or just relax by the river. If you are travelling on the river, a pontoon is available for mooring. The hotel is open every day.
