Cancellation Policy

At Visit Pacific Coast, operators set their own cancellation policies. The terms regarding cancellations may vary depending on the seasonality and the amount of time left before check-indate, or tour time. 

You’ll find cancellation details towards the bottom of the listing page for the accommodation, ticket or tour you want to reserve. You’ll also be able to review the cancellation policy again before you book. After you book, you’ll see the details in the reservation confirmation email and your MyTrips page.

Cancellations may be subject to administration or cancellation fees as set by individual operators.

To cancel or request a change to a reservation, Please contact the operator using the details found in your reservation email or on your My Bookings page within My Account.

How do I create an account?

An account is automatically created during the booking process, so you can simply choose what you like and head straight into booking. Optionally, you can link your Facebook or Google accounts to your Visit Pacific Coast account to make it easier to login again in future to see your booking details and the operator contact details.

How do I reset or change my password?

To reset your password

If you’ve forgotten your password, or you’re having trouble logging in to your VPC account, go to the reset password page

Enter the email address you use for VPC, then click on Reset. You’ll be emailed a link to reset your password.

To change your password

If you know your current password, and you want to change it:

  1. Go to Account> Login & security
  2. Next to Password, click Update
  3. Enter your current and new passwords, confirm your new password, then click or tap Update password

How do I make a booking?

When you make a booking using Visit Pacific Coast, you’re making the choice to support a regional tourism operator. Visit Pacific Coast does not charge a booking fee and operates on a simple low-commission structure that leaves more profit in operators pockets.Each operator is given the chance to connect with you individually and manages your booking directly.

1. Search for what you love

Visit Pacific Coast celebrates the rich and diverse nature of our amazing stretch of the NSW coast, and sometimes we even venture slightly inland to uncover some of NSW best food bowls, National parks and rain-forest areas.

VPC boasts over 3000 unique listings from the Central Coast to the Tweed Coast and offers you the perfect chance to make some life long memories. Our smart search function calls out the most relevant information, stays, tours, experiences and packages for you to enjoy. Just type what you’re looking for and filter your preferences direct from our search bar.

Alternatively, you can click on the region you’re interested in and we’ll show you the best places to stay, things to do, not to be missed events and best eats around.Simply add your items to your ‘My Trips’ page

When searching for accommodation, use our quick search bar, calendar and availability functions to find your perfect match!

3. Book it and go!

So you’re ready to travel… Go to your ‘Booking Cart’ page. Here you can manage and select the items you are ready to book and get ready to check out. 

Click on ‘Checkout’. Your details will be pre-populated from your account. All that’s left to do is whack in your credit card details and pack your bag.


An account will automatically be created within Visit Pacific Coast during the booking process. Using single sign on (SSO), you can login directly, or linking your Facebook or Google account to see the contact details for your booking anytime.

4. After you arrive

Don’t forget that Visit Pacific Coast is your One-Stop-Shop for everything travel on the Pacific Coast of NSW. But leave the hard work to us. We’ll make sure we let you know where to go and what to do. We work hand in hand with our operators to offer our guests the best last-minute seats, tickets and experiences as they come to hand. What payment methods does VPC accept?

Visit Pacific Coast currently accepts VISA and MASTERCARD, We’ll show you which payment methods are available to you on the checkout page, before you submit a booking request. All of your payment details will be shown on booking confirmation and in the ‘My Trips’ area of your VPC account (Login required)

What’s up with the price?

ALL pricing offered on are set directly by the operator. Visit Pacific Coast does not actively secure discounted net rates nor does it support price parity or make comparison on displayed rates using third parties. Visit Pacific Coast uses Tourism Exchange Australia’s exchange Search and Booking APIs. Operators manage and map all pricing using their chosen channel manager or booking system. Visit Pacific Coast in noway controls the displayed prices within.

Visit Pacific Coast does not charge a booking fee. 10% commission on total booking amount is shared between Tourism Exchange Australia and Visit Pacific Coast Pty Ltd.

Packages: may offer packaged product for purchase. All pricing is agreed in writing with individual operators. All funds are distributed directly to operators through Tourism Exchange Australia’s direct payment method, so cancellations and changes must be made directly with the operator after booking. Contact details for each operator are provided upon booking.

ATDW Acknowlegement uses the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) to dynamically populate information regarding regions, areas, listings, accommodation, events, ticketing and tours. ATDW is the national platform for digital tourism information on Australia. The ATDW system is a central distribution and storage facility for tourism industry product and destination information from all Australian States and Territories.

While all attempts are made to ensure correctness of information displayed on the Visit Pacific Coast Website, it is the responsibility of individual operators to ensure details, images and contact information are up to date.

TXA Acknowlegement

This website uses the Tourism Exchange Australia (TXA) booking platform. TXA is an alliance between ATDW, Australia’s government recognised national tourism database and their technology partner, V3.

Credit card transactions through TXA’s payment system protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use these booking pages your financial information is not saved, stored, or shared.
